What are the estimated delivery times on my orders?

Production Time: 5-7 Days

Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days

This is not a guarantee however and timing may vary, we are a slave to the postmaster – once it leaves our warehouses we can’t control every aspect of delivery.

Orders that have not arrived within 60 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

When will I receive tracking information on my orders?

Pillow Covers: 5-7 days after order processing.

Cloth Tote Bags: 5-7 days after order processing.

Why isn’t the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

I made a mistake with my order, how can I fix it? OR I want to cancel my order.

If you made a mistake with your order (incorrect address, incorrect size selection etc), or you would like to cancel your order – You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact us – if you fail to contact us in this time, it is likely your order has already been dispatched or has entered production (for printed apparel and accessories).

If you gave us the wrong address and the item has been dispatched, sorry there is nothing we can do – we are not magicians, we can’t magically change the label on your item by telekinesis, it is no longer in our hands. The only advice we can give is to contact your countries postal service and see if they can intercept the package.

If the parcel ends up being returned to us, we can ship it out to you again at your cost (ie. You will need to pay the shipping & handling fees again).

I received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order. What should I do?

If you received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order in the mail, we’re here to support you.

I need help with my order. Who should I contact?

We are here to help you with your questions and normally respond within 6-12 hours.

Why are my international orders taking so long to track?

International orders will have tracking numbers uploaded within 7 days of the order being processed. However, it may take up to 10 days after processing for valid tracking data to show.

I’m not happy with the shoe size and fit. What should I do?

In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, we will process a one-time free exchange for you.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

You are not required to return the original shoes to receive a free exchange under this policy.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request for an exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Return restrictions are detailed on our Refund Policy page.
