- Production time: 5-7 business days. All of our sneakers are custom-made-to-order so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.
- Delivery time (not including production time):
- Standard: 7-15 days. Cost: $7 for an order. Free shipping for all orders over $100. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
- Express: 5-10 days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the details of the order. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes. This option may not be available depending on the shipping address (not available for New Zealand).
- Tracking number will be provided once available and will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in your order.
